remove the lower panel at the bottom at the back of machine, 3/4 screws. look in you will see a sump hose, its in the middle, quite big held on with a jubile clip, its in side, dont lose the ball inside, its to do with the detergent lose system. easy

Hi, take the lower panel off the back of the machine, and you will see the sump at the base of the drum,probably secured be a jubilee clip,take this off and the blockage will be there,
