indesit oven cutting out?

Hi there. My oven cuts out after cooking on full heat for 20 mins. It cooks on full heat regardless of the temp setting. I suspect that this is caused by a faulty thermostat, but I am also aware that the door is not sitting right on its hinges. The model number is FIE36K.BIXGB. Any advice would be gratefully received. Many thanks
