My recorder will not transfer material from planned recordings to the library. I've tried switching off & on again & this hasn't worked. The red light comes on as if it is recording but nothing happens & the red light stays on. Hope someone can help.

try going into the tv setup, press help section then press green then blue an then green button again and this goes back to reset state but you lose all whats in your library.
