Mend Whirlpool Creations Power Switch Will Not Stay

My power switch will not stay in the on position?

The power switch on my Whirlpool "Creations" Tumble dryer will no longer stay in the on position so to use we have to stand and hold it in. Any ideas on how to fix this?
