Eurovox Max,Black Box in Dublin lost signal?

hi can anyone help i have euro vov max and the remote has stopped working but a green light has come on on the front above the lock can anyone tell me what i need to do to get it off thanks

sorry for not getting back to you till now was away , no dont dump it . there there is nwe firmwear out for 4 models of eurovox , now that will work in dublin, this i know because i have one , and im in dublin too , but there is not any new firmwear out for the max v (yet ) so hold on to the box , if you want any advice on , a new box that will work for you , put up a emai adderss , and i let you know what to do , ill check back here , 11 aug 16 45 pm , mick
