Ive lost the satelite signal for my sky box?

if all the channels are saying no signal the most likely cause is the dish needs realigning of it only appears on a few could be your box. a good way to find out is to press services select option 4 then press signal test if both bars are over half way most proberbly the box if any of them are under then most likely the aligning
