Mend Britony Calydra 80 Boiler Rads Switched

How can i fix my Combi Boiler Britony Calydra 80?

My Combi boiler (Britony and Calydra 80)is heating the rads with the heating switched off,when switch to tap only the water comes out cold and the rads stay hot.
