drained system to install towel heater. boiler will not fire ?

Drained system to install towel heater. Refilled and vented all rads. Boiler will not now fire although it did initially when I switched power back on.

any stats fitted? is it turned up, try turning up to max, re bleed the system of air, turn your boiler knob all the way left then to heating to reset.
