u need to adjust the valve with the white cap on it. its like this the rads upstairs and closest to the boiler warm up quickest the rad downstairs furtherest from the boiler warms up last as it gets the last of the heated water from the boiler. the rad thats warm turn the valve close it a bit and then turn down the others as need be. the rad valve closest to the boiler should be open just a bit and the furthest open full. slowly they should heat up equally when u got it right the rads will heat up equally gl

make sure the valves are fully open on both sides by turning the valve fully anti clockwise.you may need to remove plastic caps to do this with a spanner.
