Mend Electrolux Ambassador III Leaking Started Leak Water

Electrolux Ambassador III leaking fluid?

My Electrolux Ambassador III has started to leak a brown fluid. It looks almost like water, has no odor and does not appear to be a lubricant. Any ideas what it is and how to fix?
