Mend Chaffoteaux Combe SE Temperature Pcb Boiler

Chaffoteaux Britony Combe SE - inconsistent water temperature?

I have recently had a new PCB fitted to my Britony Combe SE boiler and since it has been fitted the hot water constantly fluctuates between hot and cold. My plumber does not seem to be able to find an answer to this problem, he has tried cleaning the heat exchanger but this made no difference.
Any ideas would be welcome. Thank you.

replace the heating and water temperature sensors (thermistors), the tell the pcb the temperature and allow it to change the gas pressure accordingly.
