how can I fix my toyota 7700 machine. The material wont feed through?

There seems to be a fault in the teeth.

First make sure the needle plate is on properly,, if you have a drop feed switch make sure it is up, look at the teeth as they rise and see if they come above the plate, make sure you have enough pressure on the presser foot.
