zanussi dishwasher zsf6128?

the dishwasher tablet no longer seems to be dissolved during the wash cycle and remains in the holder - the door is sometimes open and the tablet soggy. any suggestions?

check the holes in the ends of the spray arms are clear and not blocked up.unless you are doing prewash cycles,you could always put the wash tablet directly on the filter in the base
