Mend Switch Coming Switches

MY MONITOR KEEPS SWITCHING OFF?

When i switch on my computer it keeps coming up on the monitor that there is no signal, then the monitor switches of, please tell me what to do. Have tried a new monitor but the same thing keeps happening.
