Mend Neff HBT554 Oven Thermostat

Neff HBT554 integrated oven?

The thermostat symbol flashes intermittently for a short period of time but the oven will not heat and the grill element has also packed in. This problem came after putting the oven through a self clean programme which heats the oven to a high temperature to incinerate any spilt food particles.Any advice most welcome.
