Mend Whirlpool 6th Sense Refrigerator Freezer Temperature

whirlpool 6th sense side by side fridge and freezer?

The audio alarm sounds to indicate that the freezer is not cold enough this started on Thursday the 23rd it flashes for a while and then resets the temp to -18o but after a few hours it does this process all over again can any one help thanks
