How to lock all doors manually for Kangoo?

The key batt died and now I unlock the driver's door manually. However when I open the door to get out, all doors become unlocked (usual).

However manually locking the driver's door does not automatically lock all other doors and I have to walk around to lock the 3 other doors manually.

Any solution and idea why this happens? Much appreciated!
