empty water light?

hi shaz
had the same prob with my creda condenser dryer tcr-2, i had no heat as well . i checked the heater matrix out and that was ok so i looked at water light, theres a black tube at the back leading th the water collector i pulled that off the top end and sucked some water up not nice though ,then i tilted the tumble dryer over to the left side and let water run out from the bottom . the light went off and the heater works now so i dont know if there was an air lock which caused the prob but its working great again now try it costs nothing to try .
