How do I fix my Murray Briggs Stratton Mower?

The cord to crank the mower is locked and will not
allow me to pull to crank the mower.

Undo the bolts around the blower housing and remove then you can work with the rope or replace it if it is bad you need to put a little oil in the hole on the top of the starter clutch so it does not do it again.
