On my thomson DTR 6021 box the series button has disappeared. I tried a factory reset but there was no difference. I can record individual programs but not the series which means that I have to remember to set the recorder every time. Bit of a pain as this was the main reason I bought this DTR. Is there any way I can fix this problem?
I think I have an answer to the question I posed re Loss of Series Button. The remedy would appear to unplug and CHECK ALL CONNECTIONS ensuring a good fit on all. I did this and DTR is now working fine
