Starting today 14.07.09 i am unable to pick up any of the terrestrial channels BB1,2, Channel 3,4 and 5 and also the freeview channels. All other channels ok. I am either getting no signal or the screen flickers.
I have tried re scanning, switching off box, checking cables but nothing works. Can anyone help

I have checked the cable and it is going into the correct Rfin no splitters straight into box. I have performed update, factory re store and still the same.

make sure that you have the cablegoing into the RFin) and not the (anT)at the back of the box, and that you dont have a splitter on that cableline sending the cable signal going off to another tv , just have the coabe going into the box only , and that you have a good scart lead on the box , now try a channell update, in the menu , by going into (installation ) (user installation) and the blue or red buttion , try that first .. mick
