Beko won't spin and empty water?

I have a Beko WMA 520 s and as i've said above it won't spin and empty water.
It will do the wash cycle right up to the point where it needs to empty the water out and then spin.
I have emptied the water at the bottom throught the filter and tried again but it still does the same. I have cleared out the pipes and the pump of residue and even a metal button off jeans but yet still the same.
I am now thinking whether its the pump or could it be the PCB?
I think i've seen a pump for about £30 and could manage to change that myself but what if its the PCB? How much are they and are they easy to change myself?
