Black?

hi! i bought sanyo xacti videocamera two years ago in USA. camera worked for a couple month, then something happened - i can play recorded movies, but i can not take new movies - there is all black. camera records all black. and when i play it - there is no image to play. what could be the problem and how can i solve it? thank you!
