Mend Hoover SIX Fast Works Water Going

hoover SIX fast iron condenser dryer?

dryer works but no water is collecting in the water container, where is it going? I cant get into the unit, it seems to be sealed, how can i get into it?

wish u luck, can't seem to get into my tumble dryer, seems like a sealed unit, unless someone knows different!!!!

Got the same problem with an LG dryer, also not got a clue where its going but it is overheating the clothes occasionally as well, therefore I reckon there must be some kind of blockage in the pipe which goes to water container. I will be dismantling it to find out.
