Mend Philips 37PF5520D/10 Switch Power Storage

Philips 37PF5520D/10 - Dead Set?

The TV will not switch on - no voltage at Power switch assembly - the set is new and never been used due to being in storage. Any help will be appreciated. Robert - 89.
