when driving down road the van has no power then has power, i have had a new turbo fitted and i cleaned out the egr valve,i have light up on dash in centre,the turbo comes in then not whats going on here

sounds like diesel filter and injecters change diesel fuel filter and buy some redx injetion cleaner from halfords and pour the hole bottle into the fuel tank this will clean the fuel pump and injecters when you run the engine. run it for 10 mins then turn it off for 30mins so the redx can work then take it for a good run it will get better over a couple of days if redx has not been used before.use redx once a month to keep fuel system clean.
