how can i fix my g e washer, model wpse5029aoww?

washer would not agitate, put in new motor and harness; started washer, everything worked. second wash, filled and would not agitate. there is a light humm sound from the motor during the wash cycle. it will then cycle to drain/spin; fill for rinse, not agaitate; cycle again to drain/spin. i think the mother board is going bad in the "wash cycle"

i also think the balance ring is no working anymore; machine / tub begins to hit the sides.

can you please help!
