Mend Screen Longer Works

The screen on my Zen Xtra no longer works?

I dropped my Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra 30GB a couple of years ago and the screen stopped working. The blue background still lights up but it doesn't display a single thing at all. It still plays music fine but cos I can't navigate any of the menu's, it's stuck on playing album by album. If anyone could give me directions to set it to random, and also to set it back to album play, that'd be greatly appreciated. Chur!
