Mend Vauxhall Zafira Engine Reg Sound

engine miss-fire?

My Vauxhall Zafira X reg 1.6 wont IDLE (tick over) & there is a sound like a turbo charger slowing down, coming from below the power stearing fluid cointainer, any ideas ??? (it drives ok at high revs)
