Mend Baxi Solo RS Boiler Gas Valve Thermocouple

my baxi solo rs boiler pilot gets blown out by main burner?

pilot light gets blown out by the main burner. Then the thermocouple goes cold and it shuts the whole thing down. Can i turn gas flow up on the pilot ???.............What does the little screw do just right of the themocouple sensor (gas valve end of thermocouple ??)
