I CALLED A SERVICE PLACE IN SYRACUSE. I FOUND THE METAL DISC IS SCREWED ON TO THE SHAFT. I AM TRYING TO HOLD THE SHAFT FROM TURNING WITH A VERY THIN PAIR OF NEEDLE NOSE PLIERS. IT DOES NOT GRIP TOO WELL AND THEN I AM TRYING TO UNSCREW THE DISC USING A PAIR OF ROBO GRIP PLIERS. I AM STILL SEARCHING FOR A BETTER TOOL TO HOLD THE SHAFT FROM TURNING.
