how can i fix my creda excel 1200?

the belt came of of so i followed the guide to repair which i did when spinning the drum makes alot of noise and seems to be moving around to much causing the belt to come of any ideas?

the belt coming off, usually means you have excessive play somewhere,this loud drone noise and excessive drum movement is a sign of bearing failure to prove this just push the inside drum up with your hand and see/feel any wobble if there is bearings have gone.
