How do I remove the indice cap from my Bristan Meridian bathroom tap? The tap is barely running any water and I possibly need to replace the washer.

Hi - I too need to remove the cap from one of our meridian taps - I can stop my fingers slipping by putting electrical tape on the tap but just can't get enough purchase.

How did you get the cap off your tap ?
