Mend Arco 8/32 Engine Carburetor Briggs & Stratton

how do you reconnect the trottle regulator to the carb on an arco 8/32 ride?

took the carb off to change a seal and cant fathem out how to reconnect the two levers back to the throttle regulator.its an old arco mower with a briggs and stratton engine.
