Mend Sabre 24 Coming Hot Combi

"whistling coming from system when hot taps turned on"?

I have a Sabre 24 combi boiler....about 4 years old....when I turn on hot taps I am getting a whistling noise coming from the system. Has anyone any idea as to the cause of this problem and how it may be rectified. Noise is coming from the vicinity of the boiler itself. Thank you.
