if water is running in with it switched off your inlet valve is duff if it just fills all the time when it is on there are two possibilitys one that the pressure switch bottle or tube is blocked remedy clean out or the pressure switch itself is duff or the waste pipe is syponing the water stright out as it is filling remedy raise the waste pipe
