Water Filter Tap Wont Turn Off Properly?

Too late for the original question, but may help people who come here from search:
From the Web site below (I haven't done this myself):
If your water filter tap is dripping from the end of the spout (where the water come out from normally) then it is likely that you will need to replace the side valve.
