How can I mend my Zanussi Jetsystem excel 1250 washing machine?
This is washing machine only (no dryer) It switches on and takes in water and soap powder but the drum does not move round. Tried Rinse and also spin only cycles but won't work.
yeah i have the same problem my zanussi takes in water and drains it back out but there is no drum movement. i have had mine for eight years now. Are motor brushes expensive to replace or shall I just invest in a new machine .

Sounds like the motor brushes have worn out and will need replacing with new ones
