how to get a boss code?

hi i have a texecom veritas r8 alarm system i need to alter the part set suites but i have not got the engineer code 1234 or 4321 does not work i only have my user code but can't alter the settings can anyone help me.?

Throw it in the bin and buy a credible alarm system. You have a horrible panel, cheap and nasty.
