Mend Veritas 8 Alarm System Texecom

Texecom veritas 8 fitted Dec 2000?

I have a texecom veritas 8 alarm system in my house. It went off on its own tonight and now the strobe is still flashing and the tamper light is on. The pin code for the alarm has been changed by the previous tennants and I have no idea what it is or what to do! Help anyone?
