Mend Weedeater GTI 15 Fuel Started

Weedeater GTI 15 dies under load?

I recently replaced the fuel line on my Weedeater. It started up normally after replacement but now dies under load beyond half throttle. it seems to run ok at full throttle if the choke goes to half. Dirt in the carb? Fuel filter?
