how to fix may wash machine its a frig laundry center #fez831as?
we have a laundry center with the dryer on top about 2 1/2 years old. the wash machine does not drain.everything else seems to be fine. we pulled the drain hose out of the pipe and checked for blockage. we took off the pump , took it apart and it looked ok. there is power to the pump. we lost the operators manual, and if it is a pump could use direction in getting one. any ideas are appreciated. thanks
bob I have a frig gallery front loader that i've had pump problems with 2 times and each time it was the large bellows like hose coming off thr discharge of the tub it attaches to the pump with large spring type clamps, this bellows like hose is pretty good sized it has kind of a catch area on the bottom of it, unclamp it completely from the pump and from the tub ther is probably something in there that isnt allowing the pump to work properly I had some nails and a bunch of coins the first time and an earring and coins the second time,I hope this takes care of your problem
