Mend Fisher & Paykel 708 Smart Drive Washing Machine

how can I diagnose the problem?

Fisher & Paykel smart drive 708 7.5kg washing machine. Machine would start to pump out but then stop and do no more on both rinse and final spin cycle. Will not spin at all. Rang local repairer who stepped us through diagnostics on power board. Said something was low on pressure and to replace power board (the one under the control buttons). This we did, setting size as per enclosed instructions and it is still the same.

When it stops draining does it beep & show any error code. This will be in the form of some lights on & some off along the top row when it is beeping. If so count from left to right & let me know which are on. Which board did you replace? The display board under the buttons or the main controller box which sits inside the panel?
