how to fix my fisher & paykel smartdrive 9 excellence?

hi i have a fisher &paykel smart drive 9 excellence wehn trying to fill washing machine up it keeps stopping and starting and then beeps as if unbalanced even with no clothes we have looked at the pump its not blocked ( dnt know if my partner was looking at the right thing) when skipped to next cycle it washes but then does the same thing beeps as if unbalanced any suggestions?

I have fault 43 on my washer. I was wondering where to find the out of balance microswitch on the washer and where to buy a new microswitch so i can fix my washer.

i have the same problem aswell. the 1st 2 lights are off then the next 2 are on then the next 3 are off then the last one is on.

i had gone through some repair ones on here i checked the pump wasnt blocked but ive seen afew answers saying look at the filter which i dnt know where is.. i turned washing machine on to see what lights were on but now it wont fill or wash theres power still though as all the lights turn on.. i tried to start washing machine but it kept making an odd noise...

Matt your one is fault code 43 which is out of balance switch fault. Replace the out of balance microswitch.

I have exactly the same problem. the lights in the wash progress bar which turn on for me are the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 8th(last) light.

Any suggestions?

When it beeps you need to take note of which lights are on & which are off along the top row. Copy them exactly & post them here so I can look up the fault code. Write them down from left to right.
