could you tell me how many leads connect to the display board? i have followed suggestions and have taken it off and cleaned it and have noticed there appears to be a place for a second lead, not just the five wired lead,can you tell me how many leads should connect to the display board?
i tried this and it still doen't work. had the whole board out in the end and cleaned it all and put it back and it's still not working. i think water got to the boards perhaps when i moved it? any ideas?

just the one blue lead.Normally its the display pcb terminal connections that cause problems.carefully with a pin tighten the silver pins inside the plastic plugs and clean the display pcb tracks
