Mend Dyson DC04 Suction Checked Hose

DCO4 - no suction when using tools - any ideas?

When trying to use the tools to pick up from awkward corners there isn't any suction. I have checked the hose for blockage but it is clear. Can anyone help?

The hose may be split letting air in at the wrong place.
