Upright dyson sucks through the hose but not through the base?
Hi there,
my upright dyson (I think its an 07 animal) has stopped picking stuff off the carpet unless I use the hose. It seems to be the little connector that switches between the two. This doesn't snap into place anymore when I use the base (might loose suction there?). Can I replace this part?
I have checked all other airways and nothing is blocked or torn...
if it is not picking up through the base then the belt might be snapped or check that the brushbar control is in the on position may be there might be a blockage
some where.
