why are my dishes not getting clean ?

I rince the dishs first before i put them in and they still don't come clean enough can someone tell me what to do.

Dish washers have a heating element so cold fill is fine.

use FINISH detergent, make sure salt is topped up, dont over load, make sure water feed is correct it should be from hot water
