Iveco 75E15 Gearbox?

I have a Iveco lorry and the gearbox is very stiff, although you can select all gears it is very difficult to find 2nd, there seems to be a lot of resistance. I have replaced the gearbox oil any help as to how it can be adjusted

Check the gear linkages some have a small ball joint which can either seize or may well be worn to excess
