Mend Schott Ceran Starts Switch Time

schott ceran hob starts then switches off?

our schott hob will not switch on most of the time when it does it will only operate for a few minutes and then shuts down completley!
this hob is less than two years old and was only fitted 1 year ago
any ideas would be appreciated.
